ProphetStor Offers Energy Efficient High Performance All-Flash Storage Array Based on ThunderX® Workload Optimized Processors From Cavium

MILPITAS, CA-(Marketwired - June 01, 2016) - ProphetStor Data Services, Inc. today announced that it has partnered with Cavium to co-develop and co-market a cost-effective all-solid-state storage array based on Cavium's ThunderX® ARM processors to meet the demands of budget-sensitive data centers and enterprises to lower both CAPEX and OPEX for their high-performance applications.

The application-aware storage array, taking full advantage of ThunderX's large core count, memory capacity, integrated virtSoC™ technology and multiple built-in Ethernet ports, delivers ProphetStor's Federator® SDS technologies that offers intelligent storage management, automation, and a suite of advanced data services to support the most mission critical applications such as database, virtualization, cloud computing, and big data analytics.
