It is Cavium’s policy to comply fully with all relevant laws and regulations administered by the countries in which Cavium conducts global trade. Under no circumstances will Cavium sell or ship product contrary to applicable export control laws and trade regulations. Importers, distributors, customers, and users are responsible for compliance with U.S. and local country export laws and regulations when exporting, re-exporting, or importing any Cavium product (integrated circuits, boards, software or technology).
Many Cavium products include encryption capabilities. As a result, the export control laws of the U.S. and other countries impose restrictions on the shipment of Cavium products to certain countries and persons, and on the ultimate end-uses of such products. It is your responsibility to be aware of applicable export/import restrictions and comply with them. Cavium assumes no responsibility or liability for your failure to comply. Failure to comply with U.S. and foreign export control laws and trade regulations can result in civil and criminal penalties to individuals and businesses.
If you need export classification or other trade-related information on Cavium products, please email email@example.com.
For more information on U.S. export control laws and regulations, including dual-use controls, encryption regulations and export licensing, visit the Bureau of Industry & Security website at http://www.bis.doc.gov.
